Camping Arquin offers many opportunities for both relaxation and entertainment for both adults and children.
Among the attractions available, you will find a wonderful swimming pool with a slide for your children’s enjoyment, an outdoor playground, a well-stocked indoor games room, and you can also borrow books and board games.
For those who want to spend a different day, there is free entry to the Lana swimming pool (150m away), and for those who love sports, there is a skate park near the campsite, as well as numerous equipped public playgrounds nearby.
Even for our youngest guests, aged 6 to 14, whether they’re little explorers, young adventurers, or mini-chefs, the Lana and surrounding tourist area offers a wide range of summer leisure activities.
During the two most beautiful summer months, July and August, in Lana and the surrounding area, your children will find plenty of opportunities for fun and exciting adventures and entertainment, whether accompanied by adults or not. (Bookings can be made at our reception.)
Every week, from Monday to Friday, you can choose to participate in a variety of events: from rafting tours on the river to excursions with friendly llamas.
During your stay at Arquin Campsite, you can also enjoy fishing nearby, or, if you’re an animal and nature lover, you can take your children to pet the chickens near Lana, just a short distance from your accommodation. To learn about life in a chicken coop, where eggs come from, how a chick hatches from an egg, how to check for egg freshness, and why eggs sometimes have different colors, the farmer at Tannerhof Farm can answer all your questions and show you her mobile chicken coop (reservation required, for the whole family).
Forest lovers can visit Monte San Vigilio, guided by a forestry expert. A cable car ride of just 8 minutes takes you to the San Vigilio station at 1,500 meters above sea level. This is where your forest exploration adventure begins, during which the forestry guide will share his fascinating work in the woods.
