For lovers of plants and typical South Tyrolean vegetation, and more, there’s another unmissable spot not far from the campsite, in Lana. This is the Galanthus nursery, a place where tradition and new ideas merge, and where you can relax away from the hustle and bustle in a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. The nursery is an exotic, colorful, and elegant place that is definitely worth a visit.
Near Camping Arquin there is a wonderful theme park dedicated to tropical flora and in particular orchids. The park offers many attractions for younger visitors, such as a treasure hunt, a parrot oasis, a small beehive, butterfly transformations, and much more.
True plant and garden enthusiasts should definitely visit the Gardens of Trauttmannsdorff Castle. Over 80 different botanical environments await you over an area of 12 hectares. You will find multi-sensory stations, themed gardens, artistic pavilions, and thematically related fauna. The Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle have been elected “The Most Beautiful Park in Italy” and “International Gardens of the Year 2013”.
